LUMEN Paneels is the conceptual continuation of the eponymous Installation series LUMEN.
LUMEN Paneels create - placed on the wall, a „space of light“, a light work - oscillating between lighting fixture and light object. The digital content („MLDs - Moving Light Drawings“), the light impulses and colorful images take up the confrontations and theatrical aspects of the large-scale installation LUMEN and concentrate and condense them onto a two-dimensional surface. Meticulously staged and constantly changing, the „light images“ flicker and dance across the panels. The fleeting colors, geometric figures, patterns and movements create optical effects, an incessant play of light and shadow that opens up a space for associations and moods for the viewer.
